Games Workshop 6th Edition Skaven Skavenblight Scramblers
This Skaven team Skavenblight Scramblers, produced by Games Workshop,was released at the same day of new Blood Bowl Gamebox on 25th of November 2016. The miniatures were sculpted by Maxime Pastourel, who is working as miniatures designer for Games Workshop since 2012.
This multi-part plastic kit contains the components necessary to assemble a team of 12 skaven players. You’ll receive 2 Blitzers, 2 Throwers, 2 Gutter Runners and 6 Linemen. Supplied with a instructionsheet, a decals transfer sheet, 2 turn markers, 6 balls, 2 coins and 12 Citadel 32mm Round bases featuring holes to keep the ball in. No magnets are necessary. 😉
The special Skaven dice cube, which was released at the same day, was sold out very fast and is selling quite expensice now at ebay. (2016)
From May 2017 there was a team bundle called The Underworld Creepers on sale. It consists of the Skaven team Skavenblight Scramblers, the Goblin team the Scarcrag Snivellers and a Blood Bowl Troll. All together 25 miniatures to choose from to field a Underworld Denizens Team.
Personal note: Nice sculpted miniatures. Not much moldline, which are easy to remove because of the plastic material. The single „clickable“ pieces of the multipart miniature fit very good even without glue. The long tails are quite fragil and seems to brake easy, so take good care of them while removing them from the sprue and later on the pitch.
